HI! WE'RE ALEX & JENNA 👋
We're a husband-and-wife photography team based just outside Calgary, and we photograph weddings across Calgary, Cochrane, Canmore, Banff and beyond.
We're relaxed, a little bit silly, and very good at making people who tell us "we're terrible in photos" realize they're actually not.
Having two of us also means we can be in two places at once. While one of us is photographing you walking down the aisle, the other can catch your partner's reaction. One gets the speeches, the other catches your mum crying at the table.

Your engagement session gives us a chance to hang out before the wedding, figure out what feels natural for you and get the "what do I do with my hands?" stage out of the way.
We'll pick somewhere that feels like you and make a little date out of it.

We embrace it! ☔ Alberta weather likes to keep us on our toes, but rain definitely doesn't mean bad photos. We'll keep an eye on the forecast, have a backup plan and work with whatever the day gives us. Sometimes that means finding a covered spot, sometimes it means waiting ten minutes for the weather to change, and sometimes it means grabbing an umbrella and going for it. Some of our favourite photos have come from days when the weather didn't exactly cooperate. And if it’s really really bad….we find a new time that works for all!

YES. And we promise, pretty much everyone tells us this.
You don't need to know how to pose or what to do with your hands. That's our job. We'll give you direction when you need it, but mostly we'll get you moving, talking and laughing together so your photos actually look and feel like you.

We love a road trip! We're based in Cochrane and photograph weddings throughout Calgary, Canmore, Banff and the Rockies, but we're always happy to go further.
If you're planning something a little farther afield, send us the details and we'll let you know what travel would look like. If you've got a great wedding planned somewhere beautiful, chances are we'd love to hear about it.

We're a husband-and-wife team, and having both of us there means we can capture two sides of the same moment. One of us can photograph you walking down the aisle while the other catches your partner's reaction. One can focus on the speeches while the other spots your mum tearing up at the table.
It also means more candid moments, more angles and a much better chance of catching all the little things happening around you while you're busy getting married.
The Essentials includes one photographer, so there's an option if you don't need the two of us for your day.

First, send us an enquiry and we'll make sure your date is still available. We'll chat a little about what you're planning, answer any questions and help you figure out which package fits your day best.
When you're ready to make it official, we'll send over your contract and a $500 booking retainer. Once those are sorted, your date is officially yours in our calendar. 🎉
Then we can get onto the much more fun stuff, including planning your engagement session if you've booked The Sweet Spot or The Whole Party.
